Yu-Gi-Oh DMX is the name of an abridged (parody) series of the Yu-Gi-Oh Spin off, Yu-Gi-Oh GX. The series is based off the LittleKuriboh joke from Episode 10 of Yu-Gi-Oh! The Abridged Series in which Joey questions "who would watch a series about a bunch of rap artists playing card games?"

Every episode featured at least one rap song by protagonist Jaden Yuki.

History[]

Yu-Gi-Oh! DMX was written and edited by dachamp21 and voiced by a group cast, with auditions held for the voice of Jaden Yuki with the requirement that the voice actor should be able to rap and sing. The series was originally hosted on the Youtube channel "CardGameRappers" which was later taken down for copyright infringement.

Episode 7 was announced by dachamp21 on December 1, 2011 with the description "The Return of Yu-Gi-Oh DMX". However, it appears that the series was cancelled soon after as the series second Youtube Channel, CardGames5150, is also no longer available.

After a four year hiatus dachamp21 managed to recover his third channel CardGameRappers5150. Although only Episode 5 is currently available.
